After successful completion of the agreement and receipt of your full payment of the purchase price, your data will be barred from further use and, unless you explicitly state otherwise, it will be cleared after the expiration of agreements under tax and commercial law. By subscribing to our newsletter you are giving your consent for your name and e-mail address to be used for advertising purposes, until you cancel the newsletter subscription.

Disclosing of personal data 
Your personal data will be disclosed to the mail-order firm which is responsible for the delivery, to the extent to which it is necessary for the delivery of goods. In order to carry out your payment, the date of your payment will be given to the relevant bank. Under no circumstances will we disclose your details to a third party.

Opening a customer account  
By opening my customer account, I agree that my personal details (name, address, e-mail address, phone number and, with separate consent: bank details) as well as my usage data (username and password) be stored in a customer database. In so doing, in order to place orders in the future, I can log in with my username and password without having to re-enter my personal data. I can revoke this consent anytime with immediate effect  to delete my customer account from the membership database.
